The Process: Every BGR Monoblock wheel begins its journey as a raw cylinder of premium 6061-T6 forged aluminum. This aerospace-grade material is subjected to immense pressure and heat, aligning the grain structure of the metal to maximize strength while minimizing weight.

CNC Precision: We don’t cast our wheels; we carve them. Using state-of-the-art CNC milling technology, we machine your custom design directly from this solid forged block. This subtractive manufacturing process allows us to cut intricate details, achieve deep concavity, and ensure perfect fitment specifications, all while maintaining the structural integrity of a single-piece wheel.
