We utilize a multi-stage logistics process to ensure your order arrives safely. Please note the following regarding your tracking information:
Label Creation: You will receive a tracking number once your shipping label is generated at our production facility.
Movement Updates: You will not see active movement or status updates on your tracking number immediately.
Domestic Hand-off: Shipping movement will only become visible once the international carrier has cleared the package through U.S. Customs and the domestic handler (e.g., UPS, FedEx, or USPS) scans the package into their system within the United States.
The recipient is the importer of record and must comply with all laws and regulations of the destination country. Custom wheels may be subject to import taxes, customs duties, and fees levied by the destination country once a shipment reaches your borders. Additional charges for customs clearance must be fulfilled by the recipient.
Upon arrival, please inspect all packages immediately for any signs of transit damage. BGR Forged Wheels ensures all products are packed to industry standards, but any damage incurred during the final domestic leg of the journey must be reported to the carrier and BGR Forged Wheels within 48 hours of delivery.

Due to the highly specialized nature of our products, all BGR FORGED wheels are made-to-order based on the specific dimensions, finishes, and vehicle requirements provided at the time of purchase.
All Sales are Final: Because each set is custom-manufactured, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or issue refunds for “buyer’s remorse” or incorrect specifications provided by the customer.
Fitment Responsibility: It is the buyer’s sole responsibility to ensure that all measurements, offsets, and brake clearance requirements are accurate before finalizing the order.
Order Cancellations: Once an order is placed and production has commenced at the factory, it cannot be canceled or altered.
While we take every precaution to ensure your wheels are securely packaged for their 45-day international journey, transit damage can occasionally occur once the package is handed off to the domestic carrier. If your shipment arrives damaged, you must adhere to the following protocol:
Immediate Inspection: You must open and inspect all boxes immediately upon delivery, even if the exterior packaging appears intact.
48-Hour Reporting Window: Any structural or cosmetic damage must be reported to BGR FORGED within 48 hours of the carrier’s timestamped delivery. Claims made outside of this 48-hour window will be denied.
Evidence Required: To file a claim, you must email our support team with:
High-resolution photos of the damaged item(s).
Photos of all sides of the shipping box, including the internal packing materials.
A clear photo of the shipping label attached to the box.
Retain All Materials: Do not discard the shipping boxes or packing materials, and do not attempt to mount tires on the damaged wheels. The carrier may require a physical inspection of the packaging to approve the insurance claim.
If you believe your wheels have a structural or manufacturing defect that is not related to shipping damage, please contact our support team immediately. Approved defect claims will be resolved via repair or replacement at our discretion, following a technical review of the product.
