This document outlines the professional manufacturing standards and the step-by-step production cycle for your custom BGR Forged order. Because our products are 100% custom-engineered from aerospace-grade materials, we adhere to a strict timeline to ensure the structural integrity and aesthetic perfection of your wheels or steering wheel.

PHASE 1 | THE FOUNDATION (Week 1)

Payment Clearance & Engineering Design

Financial Processing: Upon payment via PayPal, there is an average three-day holding period for funds to release into the BGR Forged business account.

The Two-Step Design Process: Once funds clear, our engineers begin the technical blueprinting:

Data Specifications: Calculating exact offsets, brake clearances, and bolt patterns.

3D Rendering: Generating a digital 3D model of your specific design.

Mandatory Confirmation: BGR Forged will not begin physical manufacturing until the buyer has reviewed and confirmed the 3D images. This step eliminates confusion and ensures the final product meets your exact vision.

PHASE 2 | FORGING & RAW PRODUCTION (Weeks 2 – 4)

100% Fully Forged Construction

Aerospace-Grade Materials: Unlike cast or flow-formed wheels, every component of a BGR Forged wheel is comprised of 6061-T6 aerospace-grade aluminum.

From-Scratch Manufacturing: We do not use pre-fabricated parts. Both the centerpieces and the barrels are manufactured 100% from scratch. This two-to-three-week window is dedicated to the intense forging process that creates the densest, strongest metal structure possible.

PHASE 3 | MACHINING & FINISHING (Weeks 4 – 8)

Precision CNC & Custom Aesthetics

Milling: We utilize advanced CNC (Computer Numerical Control) machines to carve your chosen design into the forged centerpiece blanks.

Surface Finishing: Following the CNC process, your order moves to the finishing department for:

Plating: High-end Chrome or Gold.

Polishing: Mirror-finish hand-polishing.

Powdercoating: Durable, heat-resistant color applications.

Assembly: For all multi-piece wheel orders, the final portion of this phase is precision assembly, where centerpieces and barrels are joined to exacting structural standards.

PHASE 4 | FINALIZATION (Weeks 9 – 12)

Quality Control & Completion

Buffer Period: We aim to complete all orders as fast and efficiently as possible. However, if your order is not completed by the end of Week 8, this final window is dedicated to finalizing intricate details and ensuring the finish meets BGR Forged standards.

Dispatch: Once the “BGR Forged” quality check is passed, your order is prepared for secure transport to your location.
