Return Policy 

• Forged Monoblock, 2 Piece, Custom Built, or Special Ordered Wheels can NOT be canceled after the customer has approved the design render to move foward into production. Wheels can NOT be returned as they are made custom tailored to your specific specifications.
• A $250 design fee will be applied to orders canceled AFTER a design has been designed but has not been approved by the customer to move into production.

BGR Forged Wheel Warranty Policy

At Precision Forged, we stand behind the quality and craftsmanship of our wheels. The following warranty applies to all wheels sold and distributed by Precision Forged, subject to the terms and conditions outlined below.

1. Structural Warranty – 5

Years BGR Forged warrants that each wheel is free from structural defects in material and workmanship for a period of five (5) years from the original date of purchase. Structural defects include cracks or breaks that occur under normal and intended use.

This warranty covers:

Manufacturing defects in the wheel structure (e.g., forging flaws)

Cracking or failure due to normal road use

This warranty does NOT cover:

Impact damage (e.g., from potholes, curbs, or road debris)

Damage resulting from racing, off-road use, drifting, or overloading

Improper installation or use of incorrect hardware.

2. Finish Warranty – 1 Year

BGR Forged provides a one (1) year warranty from the original purchase date against defects in the wheel’s painted, powder-coated, or clear-coated finish under normal use and proper maintenance.

This warranty does NOT cover:

Damage from harsh cleaners, chemicals, brake dust buildup, road salt, or neglect Scratches, chips, or abrasions caused by improper handling or installation Exposure to abrasive car washes or aggressive cleaning tools Scratches, chips, or abrasions caused by road debris and rock chips

3. Chrome Warranty – 6

Months Chrome-plated wheels are covered by a six (6) month warranty against defects in materials or workmanship affecting the chrome finish. Due to the nature of chrome, special care must be taken to clean and maintain the wheels regularly. Chrome finishes are more susceptible to corrosion and pitting if neglected. This warranty does NOT cover: Corrosion caused by moisture retention, brake dust, or road salts Pitting, flaking, or peeling due to poor maintenance or winter use Chrome damage caused by abrasive cleaning products or wheel cleaners with acidic or high-pH content

General Terms & Conditions

This warranty applies to the original purchaser only and is non-transferable. Proof of purchase is required for all warranty claims. Warranty claims must be submitted through the authorized dealer or point of purchase. Precision Forged reserves the right to inspect the wheel and determine whether the issue qualifies for warranty coverage. In cases of approved claims, Precision Forged will, at its discretion, repair, refinish, or replace the wheel. Shipping, installation, removal, or incidental costs are not covered by this warranty. This warranty is void if:

The wheels are used in illegal racing, off-road, or heavy-duty applications beyond the design specifications. Any aftermarket customization or refinishing has been performed

Legal Disclaimer, Waiver of Liability, and Assumption of Risk

1. Assumption of Risk

Customer understands and agrees that aftermarket and performance wheels are designed for specific applications, which may include high-performance driving, off-road use, or motorsport activities. These uses carry inherent and significant risks, including but not limited to:

• Wheel or tire failure
• Vehicle instability or loss of control
• Personal injury or death
• Property damage

Customer voluntarily assumes full responsibility for all risks, known or unknown, associated with the use, misuse, installation, or modification of the Products. 

2. Intended Use and Installation

All Products must be installed by a qualified professional using proper equipment, torque specifications, and safety procedures. Precision Forged disclaims any liability arising from:

• Use of Products beyond rated load capacity
• Failure to properly maintain or inspect wheels
• Use with incompatible tires or suspension setups

Use of Products outside of recommended specifications or for unauthorized applications (e.g., racing, drifting, or stunting) is done solely at the Customer’s own risk.

3. Waiver and Release of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Customer hereby waives, releases, and discharges Precision Forged, its officers, employees, affiliates, suppliers, and agents (collectively, “Released Parties”) from any and all claims, actions, damages, liabilities, or losses-including those arising from ordinary negligence-relating to: 

• Personal injury, disability, or death
• Property damage or vehicle failure 
• Product failure due to misuse or improper installation 
• Participation in motorsport or high
• performance activities

This waiver does not apply to claims arising from gross negligence or willful misconduct, as prohibited by California law.

4. Indemnification

Customer agrees to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless the Released Parties from and against any third-party claims, demands, lawsuits, losses, or expenses (including attorney fees) arising out of:

• Use or misuse of the Products
• Breach of this agreement
• Any accident, injury, or damage involving the Products

5. California Law and Jurisdiction

This agreement shall be governed by the laws of the State of California. Any legal action or proceeding related to this agreement shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in [Kern County], California. If any provision herein is deemed unenforceable, all remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

6. Acknowledgment

By purchasing or using Products from Precision Forged, Customer acknowledges and agrees that they:

• Have read and understood this disclaimer and waiver 
• Accept full responsibility for any risks or consequences
• Agree to be legally bound by its terms
